Apple piscotini

• 1 1/2 oz of Pisco De la Motta
• 1 oz. sour apple
• 1 oz. apple juice
• 3 ice cubes
• 1 green apple slice for decoration

Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a Martini glass and decorate with the green apple slice.
