Algarrobina
- 3 oz. of Pisco De la Motta
- 1 oz. of Algarrobina syrup
- 2 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 ice cubes
- Cinnamon powder
Mix the ingredients in a blender for 1/2 minute in maximum speed. Serve in a glass and decorate with cinnamon powder.
